Product Specification
In upper parts of the cabinet, an air current is drawn through the intake air filter and the air heater and through final filter. The clean and warm air is drawn through the granulate container from the bottom up-wards in a stream strong enough to keep the granulation suspended. A bag filter, located above the granulate container, permits only air to leave the cabinet. the air, now relatively highly saturated, is useless for drying and is discharged out of the system. It is an economical and efficient drying process for the time being.
Using this machine as spray granulator, put base and active in-gredients into container. Mix for 5 minutes or until being homogeneous. The binder and coloring agents is mixed and stored in the Binder Tank. The binder solution is pumped through tube to spray gun and ejected into mist on the powder in chamber. The diameter of the formed granules is about 16-80 mesh. After granule-forming process, they are dried in chamber for a predetermined period. Thus, mixing, granulating and drying process can be operated in the same equipment to lower manufacturing cost.

 

  • FEATURE
  1. The chamber is designed to sustain for the pressure of more than 2.0 kg/cm2
  2. A gasket is used for the purpose of connecting chamber and container. Two clamps are used in further to reinforce the connection strength to resist explosion pressure. This design possesses advantages over general hydraulic cylinder in :
    1. Complete tightness between container and chamber.
    2. No lubricant is needed so that the drying air can be free from oil contamination in the chamber.
    3. No. cylinder in the chamber for container lifter. It makes cleaning work easy.
  3. If organic solvents involve in the process, this equipment is suitable for operation.
  4. Can handle the drying of powder containing explodable dust or inflammable organic solvent.
  5. Bag filter is made of specially woven synthetic fiber cloth with stainless steel wire which is well grounded to eliminate accidental explosion due to electrostatic charges.
  6. The whole design is G.M.P. Standard for easy cleaning. no dust accumulation occurs inside the chamber and air duct. A drain is provided for washing operation.
  7. Whole machine is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
  8. The in-process material can be easily sampled by checking "sample taker".
  9. Explosion-proof Devices.
    1. The gas controller ensures that when the chamber solvent viscosity exceeds the inlet damper is closed, the resulting flow of fresh air into the chamber reduces the solvent viscosity to safe levels.
    2. The low pressure switch ensures that when the chamber pressure exceeds 0.2kg/cm2 the inlet and outlet protection door are closed. This allows the explosion pressure to be released through the relied duct.
  • AUTO-CONTROL SYSTEM
    The control system is composed of the best quality components, based on careful design. the electric box is filled by positive pressure air in the whole operation, to prevent the machine from possible occurrence of sparks in the electric circuit or using pneumatic system to prevent explosion.
